Yeah, but the dual tactical shovels provide a lot of surface area for blocking the bullet, not to mention the penetration demonstrated when throwing them.

Is it still a glock then?
>>
I hate to say it, but this is definitely uglier than a Glock.

I hope it at least feels/shoots better than a Glock does.
>>
>>34128012

its (objectively) uglier than a Glock, less reliable, more expensive and probably shoots worse, I haven't tried yet

also a pain in the ass to build. and I can never sell it unless I get an FFL.

all in all, 9/10 would do again

is the Bren a solid gun /k/?
I fucking hate gun wobble of any kind it makes any gun feel weak and shitty, does the Bren have gun wobble of any kind? I don't mean slight wobble of the bolt handle, I mean like serious magazine wobble, stock wobble etc. Does the Bren experience any of this are they a solid gun?
I specifically mean the MK3 as I want one.

As Fred Reed has noted, the F-35 is indeed perfect for its intended task - that is, its actual intended task; not the one they tell to the public. Its actual intended task is to channel money from the pockets of taxpayers into the pockets of huge military contractors (which then makes sure there's a pipeline of money going back to Washington into the pockets of friendly bureaucrats and politicians). The F-35's true purpose is as the greatest money-laundering device ever invented; and at that, it performs spectacularly.

>One unit, the illustrious 83rd Infantry Division, which was moving asfast as an armored task force, had recently been nicknamed "The Rag-Tag Circus" by the correspondents. Its resourceful commander, Major General Robert C. Macon, had given orders to supplement the division's transport with anything that moved; "no questions asked." Now the Rag-Tag Circus was going flat out in a weird assortment of hurriedly repainted captured German vehicles: Wehrmacht jeeps, staff cars, ammunition trucks, Mark Very and Tiger panzers, motor bikes, buses and two cherished fire engines. Out in front, with infantrymen hanging all over it, was one of the fire trucks. On its rear bumper was a large, flapping banner. It read, Next Stop: Berlin. "

>On its right flank, tenaciously pacing the 2nd mile for mile and fighting all the way, was a wildly assorted collection of vehicles crammed with troops. From the air it bore no resemblance to either an armored or an infantry division. In fact, but for a number of U.s.
Army trucks interspersed among its columns, it might easily have been mistaken for a German convoy. Major General Robert C. Macon's highly individualistic 83rd Infantry Division, the "Rag-Tag Circus," was going hell-for-leather toward the Elbe in its captured booty. Every enemy unit or town that surrendered or was captured subscribed its quota of rolling stock for the division, usually at gunpoint. Every newly acquired vehicle got a quick coat of olive-green paint and a U.S. star slapped on its side; then it joined the 83rd.

>The men of the Rag-Tag Circus had even managed to liberate a German airplane and, harder, had found someone to fly it, and it was spreading consternation all over the front. First Sergeant William G. Presnell of the 30th Infantry Division, who had fought all the way from Omaha Beach, knew the silhouette of every Luftwaffe fighter. So when he saw what was obviously a German plane heading in his direction, he yelled "ME-109!" and dived for cover. Puzzled when there was no burst of machine gun fire, he raised his head and stared as the fighter sped away. The plane was painted a blotchy olive-green. On the undersides of the wings were the words "83rd Inf. Div." From "The Last Battle". By Cornealius Ryan

No
Kills people in light armor alright
No hand protection, not good at stabbing, heavy
>>
>>34126631
They're slow to swing, but they have a good phantom range.
>>
>Is it one of the most useful swords?
Yes : good at thrust, good at cut.

>Is it better than Long Swords?
Against soft target : yes, because of the curve.

>How are Katanas good?
They were good. But high quality homogeneous steel can be as good.

>How are Katanas bad?
There is little hand protection. The reach isn't great for a two handed weapon. It weights quite a bit for its length. Composite blades are expensive.

I know this isn't a usual military weapon (in my knowledge), but I'm thinking of picking up a fighting style. I took some surveys and found out the best weapon for me is a staff. I would appreciate any good fighting style I could pick up and the type of wood to use (like rattan or oak? Octagon or round? Burnt or not?) and their pros and cons. Would appreciate help

This would be my recommendation, OP. If you're going to be fighting hand to hand, you might as well sacrifice range for something with some decent slap. Plus the tang on this baby is right at the base of the shaft for better balance.

Either learn a skill you can take with you EVERYWHERE, like something that doesn't require you to carry some goofy thing, or you better just be doing it for entertainment and official competition reasons.
