Post weapons, appreciating both combat tested or prototype weaponry.
You guys know the drill. Post surp, discuss surp, lament that you don't have enough years on this Earth to collect everything you want.
I am so fucking bored.

Yeah because the factory grips were swag /rollseyes
hi there /k/
I had an idea.
can we weaponize spiders?
would giant attack spiders be effective in combat, see pic related.
The idea is we make giant spiders with special oxygen tanks to let them live compared to their size, and it gives them a finite combat life span.
>>34145828
How would these spiders be able to think in a way that made them only want to attack desginated targets instead of just going about natrual instinct to do what spiders do (depending species I guess would determine what they do, not a spider expert)
Bump for the effort
>selling mutants to the military
we have dozens of movies explaining why this is a bad idea

Are there more projects similar to Orion battleship, Project Pluto, cobalt bombs, EXCALIBUR... that I missed?
These literal "FUCK YOU" weapons are a very interesting subject and I intend to know more about them.
Also, superweapons thread.
Bump
My favorite super weapon project is Project Babylon which was Saddam Hussein's 512 foot, 1 meter bore super cannon for shooting Israel. The whole story plays out like a bond film.
>American scientist works on program to shoot satellites into orbit.
>Genius ballistician
>U.S. shitcans space gun program
>Scientist dreams of firing satellites into orbit.
>He begins to shop around for governments who will pay for space artillery
>No ones buying except for Saddam Hussein
>Scientist goes to Iraq to pitch the idea
>Saddam says "I will make your dream come true but first you must build me a weapon"
>A cannon so powerful I will be able to shoot Israel from Iraq
>Scientist reluctantly agrees and begins construction and testing
>Parts secretly being ordered from all over the world for the cannons
>M16 and CIA begin to hear of rumors of Iraqi superweapon
>They sabotage the parts in the factories in order to delay or destroy the project
>Scientist still making progress
>Saddam asks for advice about his new scud missiles
>Scientist agrees all so he can get his satellite gun
>Mossad hears rumors about Iraqi super weapon
>Scientist is found dead in the doorway of his home with five gunshots to the back of the head the next day.
>Without the scientists genius the supergun program quickly falls apart and various nations seize the materiel Iraq was secretly purchasing.
>Maybe it was Mossad that put the bullets in him in the doorway to his apartment in Brussels but wikipedia says this about his assassination "Due to Bull's past ventures, it has been speculated that besides Iran or Israel, the CIA, MI6, or the Chilean, Syrian, Iraqi, or South African government could have been behind his assassination."

after the kid does the above really well for a while, then you can start them with a real gun.
it's going to be different for each kid since they all act different
Hey guys, needs some help on deciding what subcompact to get.
I'm looking at either getting a S&W bodyguard. 380 again or trying something different and going with the shield in 9mm.
I'm open to other considerations. Trying to stay sub $400
I loved my last bodyguard 380 as it had a super small profile and wqs lightweight. It was perfect for super casual clothing. But accuracy sucked. It was only viable at about 21 ft and you were basically point and shooting.
Palmetto State Armory has had the Shield for $215 for ages now, after the rebate. The Bodyguard is for $200 after the rebate.
Determine if you want a 380 and fifteen dollars or a 9mm and not 15 dollars.
I'm not too concerned with that aspect. I'm more concerned with how the shield will print in the pocket of gym shorts versus the bodyguard. Same with the weight difference. How drastic will it pull with a loaded mag. I was kinda hoping someone here would have some insight on this.
>>34145076
if you have a good pocket holster, it will just look like a wallet or a phone. If someone asks just say it's a phone or a wallet.
Trust me, nobody cares that much to notice if you're printing, and if they get suspicious, they won't say anything, because people don't like to look stupid. if they're wrong.
So did this make Obama out to be an incompetent leader? Or was McMahon the shit leader? Are Rolling Stones pieces of shit?
>>34144867
Mattis is the best leader, duh
>>34144875
As if a marine could hold a candle to an army ranger huehuehue
>>34144867
It was a decent film. Hearts and Minds is still retarded. Yes Obama was kinda made out as incompetent. McMahon's plan was poorly lade out, so it could have been baller. The reporter was a jew whiny voice and annoying, and rolling stone has always been garbage.
Are these guys reallly the deadliest?
