I tried, but I can't find any touhou official image that is skimpy. I guess Zun doesnt sexualize his characters. If he did I guess the character would be very memorable and this hypothetical 2hu would have been posted by everybody in the thread.

Off the top of my head, Reisen has one of the shortest skirts.
And Nue (as seen here >>14627061 )
has one of the shortest dresses.
That is if these can be classed as being "skimpiest" canon outfits at all.
