Luckily, there are some people who are doing just that. I myself use Soldiers.

Still, these kinda quests suck the most because theres no way to search for such players easily. and there's no real benefit to putting classes like raiders as defenders. Especially when you can just put the AOE tank dragon maid to clean up.

Right now level (and team composition) matters, but later on (when leveling slows down) it'll be your gear that matters more. By then, you'll have access to weekend dailies that get you mats and recipes.

For the Final Trial in GR I don't have enough power to kill the armors. My units die. I let them pass then I kill the bandits... I wish I'd be able to kill the armors. But I can't. At least I can get the drops.

5* in Kanpani is extreme luxury and not actually something you expect to get one in few months.
Nutaku is dam generous for giving out 5* for free just by completing story mode, you will never get that kind of deal in the DMM server.

Not sure if this has been posted already, but there are two new serial codes for Kanpani Girls, both of which gives you Lori, the 3* Ronin girl you can get from the shop with Battlefield points.

About the Metagame, we don't have a metagame anymore "thanks" to that event, everyone rolls the same team because "you have to if you want to do it in time".

There's like 3 actual onster girls in the entire game and most of the players seriously thinks that now they are "into that stuff".
Monster girls used to be something "special", there will be an appreciation day when i see that MonMosu game on Nutaku.com, not going to happen probably.

High level warriors, ronin and thief with appropriate equipment can wreck absolutely shit with their attacks, but they are pretty fragile at low level. Even Anna, the free 3* warrior you get from story quest with her CW+3 can melt anything that isn't a soldier with her personal skill.
Soldiers are just foolproof to rush through contents if you don't want to get into trouble.

I can clear it if I just focus on the top lane killing the lich takes a ton of resources, I ignore bottom lane. I got the drop from the lich already but I don't see a way to avoid killing him without taking to much damage. I might be able to kill all the goblins in the first wave and ignore all of the second. The dragon on top I've just been dropping melee units on top of him with 2 healers and a wizard and I have just enough units to suicide to kill him.

This pseudo-break in FKG was actually pretty nice, got to clear up to the sixth/seventh ultimate map for each day. Eighth map onwards has double bosses though, I don't think they can be tackled unless you have 5+ rainbows or ampule boosts in addition to good assists.

Also, second LN has been announced and is to be released at the end of February. Main character is an amnesiac Wolfsbane, other girls are Cosmos, Chocolate Cosmos, Aburana and Kuchinashi, and the setting is Winter Rose.

That is strange, I've never had any problems with crystals. I can count on one hand the amount of times I had to do the class crystal mission because I had none to use on my party.
Also, the small crystals fill up faster because they come from all the duplicate employees you layoff. Not hard to do.

Agreed on GK. Kanpani... they're generous but there are certain issues they haven't solved - I hear battlefield should be giving 3 times EXP if they got player teams right. Hey, with skill awakenings, this formation holds for god tier.

I have Celia, but the most runs I spent on the gold rush was 20. Got everyone in roughly 90 runs total.

Having 18 max stamina probably helped.

I've played 4 GRs total so far (3 on DMM, 1 on Nutaku) and got all gold units from all of them without using SC for for gold units (I've used some SC on grinding plats after getting golds, but plats are different story).
Everyone I know managed to get all gold units too, so if anything, its terrible luck to not get them.
Drop chance for gold is 5%, you should be able to clear it in 20 runs if you don't have Cellia and out of luck.

Is it the company that caused it, whether through poor decision making or over-reach? Was it something to do with DMM, perhaps they're pressuring Nutaku into bad decisions? Or is it just that the West isn't ready or willing to support online TCGs?

Personally I think it's the later, the whole gacha thing is a VERY Japanese thing that doesn't translate well to other countries. Add in the bad pr that came from the whole "no lolis" stuff (that would turn most die-hard Otaku off, which are the ones who you can actually whale) and you end up with a recipe for failure.

Not gonna lie, when I first played Aigis, I had just come out of a Final Fantasy Tactics and Fire Emblem binge.
When they introduced retreating/withdrawing, I thought: "Oh shit there's perma death in this game."

You could always save up 30 before using them. Each month the game tallies the amount of crystals used (I assume it is only that which is used on gatcha) and gives you a stamp card for the new month based on how much you used.

I played it for all of a day on DMM, so I can't say much, but it seems to be more interesting than a cash grab. Has some building upgrade mechanics it would seem.
Also, if I recall correctly there are character quests of some sort for your girls in order to get the h-scenes (the girls' pictured in this screenshot is regarding their requests.) But the quests aren't very interesting. As opposed to having a Dragon Providence or Dragon Tactics approach, you actually have to choose your action for each character in your party for each turn like an actual turn based RPG (I think there is an auto button though.)
It might be an okay game, but I can't say for sure. If I based it purely on popularity on DMM, I wouldn't get too excited (currently ranked at 23rd position.)

There's equipment levels, H-scene based character upgrades, an arena (with complementary "you're super fucked if you aren't paying" arena ranking events), a complex skill system and turn-based RPG gameplay, and you can get a decent team going with all the gacha tickets they hand out, but all these are secondary to how excruciatingly slow everything is. Nothing makes you feel the inexorable passage of time quite like Hitsuji Chronicle.

Thankfully there's an autopilot, but even that moves like molasses. Well, maybe it's just my computer.

Does that 2% bonus to drop gift items from Cuterie really helps?

these skills depend on the drop rates heavily since they aren't multiplicative; a 2% increase makes a 50% drop into a 52% drop, which isn't a big deal, but it makes a 1% drop into a 3% drop, which is huge
