How many hours of sleep do you get?
UK: if under 10 I want to die.
7-8 usually but I tend to need more if I have complete freedom to sleep as long as I can

Last few days when I got home I went to sleep, woke up in the late evening, stayed awake for a few hours (now) then went back to sleep again and was still tired the next morning.
What disease could this be?
My brother sleeps only around 3 hours each night. He claims he does not need more but it's evident by his enormous consumption of coffee and energy drinks he's tired all the time. Also he can't concentrate for shit and seems "far out" often. I'm worried about his mental health desu. Why do people do this?
I wish I could get 10, but I spend all night shidbosting :DDDDDD so I only get 4-5.
4-6 Hours, and only if medicated. If unmedicated, I stay up all night and crash sometime during the following evening.

Statistically speaking the optimal amount is around 7hrs, so that's what I shoot for.

I try to get between 9 and 9.5 hours per night. Any more or less and I feel groggy.
idk. I had a friend once who complained about consistent sleeping problems. He also noted that he drinks literally 2 or more pots of coffee a day. I had to state the obvious, and tell him maybe his caffeine intake was causing him to sleep poorly. People are retarded.

It really varies since i study and it varies when i need to meet with my study group.
I recently watched some sleep expert on youtube saying a bunch of stuff. My dad linked that to me actually. Apparently it's different how much sleep each individual need but it's typically between 6,5 - 8 hours or something like that.
