But only if you're white. America is pathetic.
I don't think you understand what freedom of speech is, dumb Brit.
It protects you from government prosecuting you for speech
Private rallies or events aren't protected and I can say and have who ever the fuck I want at my private event
>being literally terrified of turbans and kinder eggs
jesus christ america
There's no laws for that and because it's private he can discriminate. Getting jailed for hate speech is going against freedom of speech. It's basically you're free to say and think what you want but we can get you in trouble for things we don't like you saying.
>britistanis want to ban Trump for saying mean things
>talk about freedom of speech
Hate speech laws aren't in place to censor "things we don't like you saying", they're explicitly in place to criminalize speech with the potential to incite violence and/or criminal behavior. You can make a philosophical argument for why this speech should fall under the protection of the first amendment but you'd be hard pressed to come up with a legal one.
thats not how it works mohammad
Yes and limiting speech like your country and the U.K. has gotten people in trouble just for saying basic insults. It gives the power to the government to subjectively persecute people who say things they don't agree with or want to push on the people. Mark my words, one day you'll get in trouble for saying something about a tarns or fat shaming.
The government had no right to limit me and try to push an agenda on me for what I should say or think. If I dislike a fucking Muslim because they' lack of assimilation I should fucking say it without any issues.
It's just going to snowball
>people in trouble just for saying basic insults.
Literally never happened in Canada.
>It gives the power to the government to subjectively persecute people who say things they don't agree with or want to push on the people
Literally does not, like I said hate speech laws only pertain to speech which incites criminal behavior
>Mark my words, one day you'll get in trouble for saying something about a tarns
Well tarns are apart of Canada's geologic heritage
>If I dislike a fucking Muslim because they' lack of assimilation I should fucking say it without any issues.
You could say this anywhere without any issues I think you have a very ignorant and naive view of these laws
>brits misinterpreting american laws to suit their arguments again
Is it normal brits doing this or mudslime immigrants to their cunt? Anyway, that was a private event. He's there at their discretion just like everyone else in the crowd. I bet you also thought Trump saying he would ban muslims from entering the cunt was unconstitutional too? Well the constitution doesn't apply to random people all around the world who want to enter the US.
>Trump talks shit about everyone
>Can't handle the banter himself so he kicks people out
How can you expect this chucklefuck to run a country?
You seem to have zero understanding of how hate speech/anti-social speech laws work so let me help you out.
They are designed to make speech which incites crime illegal, that is all is all.
"Man I fucking hate those ragheads I wish we could just send them back where they came from" - not hate speech as there is no suggestion of engaging in criminal behavior
"Man I fucking hate those ragheads lets go out and burn down some mosques" criminal under anti-social speech laws as it suggests engaging in criminal activity.
"Lets go rob some liquor stores" is another example of the kind of speech these laws seek to curb.
The reasons for this are obvious I hope.
Yes, he should've ceded the stage like a good cuck
no, just 38 pictures dedicated to triggering seppo cunts :)
>amerijuan obsessed with interracial porn as usual
Looks like both the white SJW and the Sikh were both there heckling and both removed. Hence your fellow sikh was not targeted due to race, but being a disruptive tosser with his friend
Immigrants and diaspora are the worst posters under western flags s-m-h
>>people in trouble just for saying basic insults.
>Literally never happened in Canada.
except it literally did
We need the First Amendment and we need it badly
>they're explicitly in place to criminalize speech with the potential to incite violence and/or criminal behavior
yet they are being used to silence people in europe, which is why there aren't hate speech laws in the US
