Americans can't handle a little bit of snow
>mfw an american thinks 33" tires are big
>everywhere in America is the same
Remember that one time the LA news media was going on about how freezing it was when it was like 63F/17C?
One town I lived in used a finer grain of sand or something. Another used rocks and salt so everyone's wind shields get fucked each winter.
Commercial and private companies use whatever is cheap.
Americans can't handle hurricanes either.
It's only courteous since most of the world other than us uses it. It's not like it takes more than 2 seconds to type the conversion into the address bar and get the result back.
>hear about somebody dying
>remember when I was driving on the freeway with ~10 feet of visibility and some douchebag passed me going something like 85
>americans drive with summer tyres during winter
>it's like disney on ice if everyone was goofy
This amount of snow closed schools county-wide in Tennessee
>the record cold in reykjavik is -3.5 F (-19.7 C)
lel, that is some ridiculous babby shit
this is my town in new york, which is nothing compared to minnesota or canada
Just moved from New Brunswick, Canada to the US south a couple months ago. Got their first snowfall of the year Wednesday, I saw over 30 cars crashed on the side of the road, it took me 2.5 hours in traffic to make a 30 minute drive, and this transport jacknifed right in front of me.
No wonder southerners lost the war. These incompetent fucks can't do anything right except gain weight.

They can go drink a latte in yaris
I'll drink my dark coffee in my 44" patrol (if I had one)
I'm only now starting to realize I shitpost about these things
>Metric cucks mad that they can't read both
It's really not that bad. Any accidents usually come from teenagers who are too stupid to drive safe in good weather.
Most of the adult in the area I live are so scared of ice they actually drive super safe.
I live in Knoxville. It's nice, pretty boring though. There's nothing really wrong with the place.
This happened in North Carolina a few years ago, still gets me every time.
>live in central ny
>getting 0" of snow from this blizzard
>all the snowstorms that dumped on boston and new england last year also missed us
>don't get lake effect snow like buffalo or syracuse
