Not nearly as much as we used to.
We've driven less and gotten more efficient. Also we are the biggest oil producer in the world and our oil is the most expensive.
So we are a net negative short term and small positive long term.

But all the crude comes from Venezuela and shipped to various places like Canada and Texas for refining....
Problem with the Canadians is that the lower prices did more damage than help because they lack diversification
