For our largest province, people are definitely not always friendly. its the most miserable place in Canada

However, Atlantic Canada is essentially the bible belt of Canada, with a southern hospitality type thing going on.
Even though its the poorest part of Canada, there's usually about 10 homicides/yr in a population of about 2.4m, which just shows how peaceful and nice these people are, while being poor. pls take note, areas can be poor and not shooting each other in the street.
