I said nothing about historical existence but about reliability of the accounts. Jesus scholars can only agree on a couple of facts and even then it's not unanimous, despite most of them being Christians. Muhammad (pbuh) on the other hand has a reliable biography that's contained in the Holy Quran and some of the hadiths.
