Just consider that 240k Albanians actually voted in the elections 2014. Add to those the 280k that voted for SDSM, and you get 520k that will vote yes.

I didn't grow up in London tho, it's only 50km away but feels very different. You're right about the volatility however.. I can't really explain what it is but I just feel sad here, want to experience something different before I get too old or kids etc. Hence coming to your landz this summer also, something totally different that's on my doorstep.

Anyway. Growing up there were basically no shitskins. I went to 2 primary schools and 2 secondary schools (being before 'high school' -- I left school at 16.. I guess middle school.) In my first primary school there was a moroccan and a pakistani and I remember being vaguely scared of them because they were different lolz. None at 2nd primary school.
