No meme foods or pictures of Full Whatevers this time, what is the average person in your country likely to have for breakfast on a typical morning?
>not waking up at 4am, going for a run, having a sauna, having a shower, cooking yourself a full breakfast and drinking coffee before work
Who in the Christ has the energy to do that shit. Fucking christ just getting to work expends a full quarter of my total daily energy output, leave alone actually working and coming home. And cooking. Fuck that.

An alternative that more traditional people would have is masaco, which can be made either from mandioc or cooked banana with dried meat mixed in it.

Protein shake, Protein bar, with some cornflakes.
I mean, I was exaggerating, but a lot of people do a good portion of that every morning.
I'm projecting a bit here, but you should eat healthier and exercise, it'll really increase your energy levels.

I'd say I'm actually a pretty big food geek. I often find myself cooking a lot of really good food, and a sizeable portion of my monthly salary goes to going out and eating good food. That being said, for whatever reason, I've pretty been much eating the same thing for breakfast for as long as I can remember.
A good 3 or 4 spreads of chunky peanut butter and a similar amount of either some good quality strawberry or raspberry jam encased in two slices of the a whitest loaf I find in the supermarket. It's been going on for a long ass time, and truth be told, I'm not even slightly fat yet.

>instant coffee takes about 1 min to boil and 15s to prepare
>coffee done with a moka takes 15s to prepare and 2min to boil
>one is extraordinarily better than the other
fucking plebs man....
What are you talking about?
Cup full of water in the microwave max 30s

It's not about being efficient.
It's about not making an effort.
More effort = more dishes = more effort
People always seem to get upset when other people don't care/like about things they care/like about.
It's like it's a taboo not to want to waste effort on food.
Hopefully, you'll grow out of this mentality, Making an effort to enjoy the finer things in life is really nice, I'd argue it increases your overall happiness.
But eh, to each his own...
