I've heard many opinions from people claiming self to be lawyers about that it's not regulated and the laws are not clear, although I've seen corresponding paragraphs and they seem to pretty clearly state that drawn ("produced/reproduced") CP is illegal and treated the same as regular CP.
I'm not lawyer, maybe the law isn't as logical as it looks and it's really not clear. But I'm giving both issues a 0. There's only one know case of drawn CP in court but that was production, not owning and the case was dismissed, the argument being "artistic/satirical values".
Pornoraphy with adults looking like minors and textual CP are legal. I think we could benefit from applying ideas from Australia and Norway.

I never understood this about Poland, France or Germany. A blackpowder revolver is, at short ranges, just as effective and almost as reliable as a modern 9mm gun - it will kill an aggressor, no questions asked. So, why are they excempt from licensing? There seems to be no rational explanation; but then again, most gun laws aren´t rational (i.e. suitable for achieving whatever goal that has been laid out in the legal framework they occupy) in the first place - if they were, we´d all have a right to keep and bear arms.
