Syrians eating leaf soup
Don't blame Syrians for the actions of North Africans
No, Assad will kill them. He's done worse, he wouldn't flinch to drop a barrel bomb and kill them all.
>assad has done worse than executing 40,000 civilians in cold blood
mate I'm going to need proofs on that, haven't seen anything on the news that tops it
>trying to make it seem like he's single handedly killing all of the 40000 one by one
It's agreed that since the war started, something like 200000 civilians have been killed in the war and its dispiritingly linked to Assads indiscriminate barrel bomb runs
You wont get much energy out of a few leaves but you can get important elements out of it and other stuff like vitamins. Also it will get your stomach filled.
You can use leaves of trees as salad or as substitute vegetables if you want. Really no problem.
Now that's what real men look like. They were given the option to accept Assad but instead they said fuck you, we sit our asses down and ate all the dogs and cats and now our dinner is grass.
An american "siege" would have lasted 5 hours before O'Malley suffered a sugar coma and stabbed Toofy who bled chocolate.
Don't worry about him, he's just a Canacuck ready to swallow the CBC's ready load.
Yeah Assad may be a villain, but I've read first hand reports life under Gaddafi's rules was highly advanced (on a communicative spectrum)
My grandma is from Tokyo. She watched from the hilltops outside the city as firebombs killed over 120,000 people in March 1945.
Over the next four months she subsisted on grass and crickets alongside her other 10 year old friends because the rice ships would get sunk by America.
You didn't see people up in arms over that. A million Japanese civilians died in the bombings and starvation.
It's war. Either surrender or die, don't complain about losing when you'd do the same to your enemy.
Hell no, are you crazy? Digestion is very demanding on energy, you make a net loss by trying to squeeze nutrition out of bark. Even raw meat is barely enough to keep you going, that's why we cook it.
Think of it as drinking salt water, you'll die of thirst.
No. The majority of the deaths are of soldiers and militants.
>One problem has been determining the number of "armed combatants" who have died, due to some sources counting rebel fighters who were not government defectors as civilians. At least half of those confirmed killed have been estimated to be combatants from both sides, including 52,290 government fighters and 29,080 rebels, with an additional 50,000 unconfirmed combatant deaths. In addition, UNICEF reported that over 500 children had been killed by early February 2012, and another 400 children have been reportedly arrested and tortured in Syrian prisons;[783
That doesn't change the fact people are dying.
And don't act like this is just a civil war.
America's civil war was a civil war. This is a proxy war between America and the Gulf, and Russia.
This war would have been ended in 2012 if the Gulf and Turkey hadn't supported the most effecrive rebel group, Al-Nusra.
Na Al-Nusra wasn't an effective force out of some areas of Idlib and the East in 2012. FSA allied groups like Liwa al-Tawhid lead the assaults on the big cities like the 2012 Aleppo offense. Nusrah didn't establish itself deeply in the Western part of the country till late 2013. But your point is nearly the same because Turkey and the Gulf nations were the ones funding the rebels that pushed into Damascus and Aleppo that year.
>point out the 40,000 civilians could surrender leave the city if they were being refused food by the occupying rebels
>"assad will kill them, he's done worse"
I don't need to try and make it sound like anything, when you're doing a good enough job yourself
The "moderate" rebels have just lost another city to the Syrian government, so now you have all the various western papers throwing a pity party for them.
