>yuropean """"""""""""men""""""""""" continue to live with their family past 18
Why are yuropoors such mamas boys?
>southern yuros unironically still live with their parents at fucking THIRTY
>in favor of dismantling tradiotional family unit
Nice try juden.
>not living with your parents and save up all the money from working and save up for some sweet house
>instead want to spend it on some crammy apartment, while being assraped by 100K Cucklege debt.
I wasn't born in europe(although im ethnically european), but since im living here: i guess because salaries are terrible, and you can barely afford a flat with all the spending it needs.
An average salary is about €600-900 while the cheapest flat is about €450-500+ Food+Services+Internet = easily €800. Then you live with what?, €100?. Of course you can but you barely "live"
Probably because our parents loves us and support us in life
You, on the other hand get kicked out of the house with a complimentary Glock and forced to defend yourself againts niggers and shit
It´s not being impossible to support yourself.
Why should I work and spend x percentage of that to rent and what not when I could just save up while living with parents and then get apartment/house etc. and pay it off immediately instead of being fucked over by some kike landlord.
>move to a cardboard house
>it gets destroyed after next tornado
>average salary is 600-900
nobody in spain have this shit salary at least you work middel-journey(4 hours/day).
i was working in a fucking mcdonals and i charged 1200 euros/month. In a fucking mcdonalds.
stop the meme that in spain the salary is 600 euros because this is a fucking lie. Nobody charge this shit.
>cheapest flag 450-500
maybe in Madrid or Barcelona. In middel and small cities you have a nice flag in 250-300 euros.
Moved back in cos my gf broke up with me and I couldn't be arsed chunking out 750 on rent alone each month. Will be going again come this summer, then probably also laugh at the neets again.
In the mean time though, please have some repect :(
kek grande bambino
Are you retarded or something?, i've tell you im ethnically europeans, all my family is european, being born in a country outside europe doesn't turn you into a mudskin. Being from a non european family and being born in europe does.
ok. so you have to study and prepare you for a decent job. If you only work in shitty jobs like pizza dealer or toilet cleaner you cant expect to charge a good salary.
>average is 7
its no the average. its the minimun. But is pretty rare you charge only the minimun salary.
>live with my family in our 12 room house with a bunker basement, where i can share expenses with them and get some of that home cooking and back yard garden
>or pay half my wage for rent in an apartment complex, where i cant play music loud or even own a pet
If you can't afford basic housing and food you're underpaid, that's not even a decent salary, let alone talking about a GOOD salary(which should be €2000+, like in france or germany).
You don't have to study to get a decent pay, that's just like the least an employer should give you for the easiest job, if you have a career, you should earn enough to live and live a comfy life and go out to parties and vacations once in a while, and yet i've met like 5 people with careers that are doing jobs that i should be doing.
And no 7 is not the minimum, as i've said, they can pay you as low as 4, and the medium payment is around 6
What do people do in relationships when they live with their parents? Do you fuck while your mother listens in the other room?
DUDE WEED LMAO
>not being married without kids
>not having dual incomes and a better tax rate
>not having a partner in managing the household responsibilities
Houses in London cost £1,000,000 for a fucking shed.
People do buy houses outside of London and then commute all the way into London for work but that results in travel costs which probably consumes up to a third of wages if I do it twice a day.
UK a shit.
>tfw 21 and living at home
>tfw been working and saving up good money
>tfw can rent a comfy studio soon instead of getting a pleb room like my friends who started to move out when they were 18.
>house in my city
>sold for $135,000 last year
Say what you will about the architectural style (I like it 2bh), but it's not uncommon.
Suburbanites are disposable people with disposable lives.
3 floors, 4 rooms and a bathroom on each floor. Big attic for storage, big basement built during commie times (so practically a nuclear bunker as the government demanded).
I am really happy with my parents house, and I took part in finishing it. Just got done with the garage last summer, can probably fit 2x2 cars there, and the top combines with one balcony to make a huge new area.
All of this in a small town with no university in it, but you cant have everything.
My dad died early last year, I wouldn't want to leave my mum alone anyway.
>UK is a shit because London is a shit
You're an idiot m8, you know the solution. Don't get a job in fucking London.
You can get a studio for the price of an expensive room if you play your cards right.
I'm renting a 600 euro/month studio but you can request subsidies for those that amount to about 200 euros.
Some of my mates are in rooms right now that are about 300-350 euros a month
I'll gladly pay the additional 50 a month if it means having my own toilet, shower and kitchen desu
All the people under 25 are all OMG LONDON LOL AMAZING XDDD.
I don't understand it. Why would you not want to live in the comfy countryside?
>boring lol nothing to do!
Can always go to the nearest town or something for stuff 'to do'. But what people mean when they say 'to do' is go clubbing all the time, but you grow out of that after a while.
>have to forcefully move out of parents house at 18th birthday
>still cant even buy a beer
>600 euro/month studio
Hol' up. Ima just...
NIGGA IS YOU HIGH?
If I had to live anywhere in the UK, the Yorkshire Dales looks comfy. That, and most of Scotland.
That said, I like my rural New England towns and middle-of-nowhere cabin in Colorado.
>Americans can't read and comprehend and entire 4 line short post
And doesn't your whole country have roughly the same population density as New Jersey? Jesus, I'm having a claustrophobia-induced panic attack just imagining it.
At least I'm not a welfare mooch.
And you are full of shit, you don't get 400 euros a month unless your parents are poor as fuck, also you'll only have that for the next year or so. After that you can take a lone.
By the way you did say the rent is 600 euros dumb fuck.
>All the people under 25 are all OMG LONDON LOL AMAZING XDDD.
I don't know of anybody here that aspires to live in a big city.
I don't understand it. Why would you not want to live in the comfy countryside?
>boring lol nothing to do!
This is my type of lifestyle, you are never bored when you are outdoors, that is my saying.
Ben je echt zo debiel anon?
Ik heb het over huursubsidie
600 huur, 200 euro subsidie, 400 euro effectieve huur all in (g/w/e+internet)
>you dont have to travel far to get somewhere
Is that supposed to be a good thing? What about seeing all the vast expanses of scenery?
Oh, right. Nvm.
Je kan huur subsidie aanvragen tot iets van 750 euro huur, daarbij studeer ik nog dus waarom zou ik niet 50 euro per maand extra betalen om ipv in een of andere kutkamer in m'n eigen studio te zitten?
>tfw I do an I am 25
it is only temporary since I recently-ish graduated
In all fairness, when what Brits call hunting is just chasing down foxes with your buddies and some dogs, country life doesn't look so great. That is unless you eat the foxes.
You don't eat the foxes, r-right?
>Americans get kicked out of their home at 18
>Parents sue their children and make them pay rent
>can be shot and drive legally but can't drink or smoke (or even fuck sometimes) until 21
Top kek you sure showed us anon
What has fox hunting got to do with anything?
No, fox hunting is barbaric. It's for rich tossers who think chasing a tiny animals with horses and dogs is fun.
Country life is great.
t.Live in a village
I earn almost the same amount, pay 320 a month for my flat. What's your problem? Where do you shag girls, right in a bar tiolet?
Why are americans such manchildren?
Minimal salary here is 1800PLN.
Cost of renting room is 1000PLN + 400PLN water and energy, +200PLN food, +200PLN for petrol to your car this is 1600PLN.
Students earing less.
So if you living with parents you don't renting room and you have food for free...
So you can pay only for energy, water in house and petrol to your car, so this is 400+200=600PLN. So you still have 1200PLN.
I like having the choice, I can have peace and quiet, or I can drive for 10-15 minutes to the city.
I prefer rural, I don't often want to go out in the city for an evening, maybe if I was 20, not 35.
Oh, I'm with you on country life being great, but I can understand what forms certain biases. I've seen fox hunting referred to as just hunting, like it's the same as hunting deer or rabbit. Maybe it's just the British media I've been exposed to.
What's good to hunt in GB? Do a lot of folks hunt for sustenance.
Why is it okay to use baiting in your hunting culture (dumping apples then sitting in your fully-equipped RV, watching the motion sensor cams) but moose hunting with dogs is frowned upon?
Then again I could totally see Americans being startled and taking shots at any dogs running up to them as well
I live near a city, I cycle to it regularly it's very close but feels like you're miles away from it.
Fucking hate cities desu they're arseholes.
Oh I see what you mean, yeah 'hunting' often refers to fox hunting here, but that doesn't mean we don't hunt other things.
Hunting in general is seen as more of an upperclass thing in Britain, probably because most of the land is owned, so you'd need to own your own land to hunt or whatever.
People hunt rabbits, and pheasants and whatever, deer in Scotland.
Fox hunting is a type of hunting...
>What's good to hunt in GB?
Different types of deer and birds. Not a particularly huge selection of things to hunt since we're an Island and killed just about everything else a few hundred years ago.
>Do a lot of folks hunt for sustenance.
Because a house in Europe costs like 100k
I don't plan on ever getting a Gf so having money that goes directly into my personal house fund is pretty nice instead of paying it to some kikelord
Yes, and helping paint the fence, cut the grass, and whatever summer project my wife wants.
Also my cuckshed has a video feed to my wife's bedroom so I know when she and Darnell are finished. It helps cut down on the tardiness of my clean up duties so I might need your help with that.
>moose hunting with dogs is frowned upon?
It is? Where?
Oh, yeah. I remember that from Danny The Champion of the World
>Not a particularly huge selection of things to hunt since we're an Island and killed just about everything else a few hundred years ago.
That's why I asked.
Gardening means growing edible plants here.
>Moving out at 18
>Getting into loads of debt for a false sense of "independence"
>Not living with your family while you study and save up money, so once you're finished with your studies and attain a stable job you'll be able to properly finance your own home, and then start a new family
I moved out at 18. Just got a job while I studied so that I wouldn't be in debt and my folks helped me out with half the tuition, which wasn't too high either way.
Honestly I can't imagine having stayed at home.
Because you don't want to spend money renting some apartment when you can just live with your mom
>murican """"""""""""""""""""men""""""""""""""""" get shot past 18
Luckily they start the girls off earlier.
>be me, 20, student
>living with parents even tho offered my own flat because of academic achievements (high grades, 1 paper published so far, journal of chemistry in serbia)
>enjoying mom's homecooked meals, enjoying making wine and moonshine with dad every autumn
>debt free like everyone else my age, also virtually non-existent rates of autism and mental diseases
>just buy mom and dad a ticket to the movies if I want to invite gf over
>have my own room and complete privacy
...someone tell me, for what purpose should I move out? to go in debt? to pay electricity or have to buy factory made food? to have to clean the dishes and rooms instead of just helping around?
I could offer chemistry/physics/math classes to highschoolers and afford my own small 3 room flat. I could take a job for the car people (they need rubber for tires, they offer polymer lab assistant jobs to undergrads) and maybe afford a 4 room flat.
My only question is, why should I?
Because of many things:
-I'm studying. Most of the jobs here aren't compatible with studying and working.
-As I'm studying I don't have money and, despite what many americans do, I'm not going to make my parents to maintain me with my own flat. And most of the spanish families can't.
-If I wanted to find a job first I probably woulnd't find one and then, if I do, the salary would be so low as they already told.
-If I decided to quit studying and taking some qt and rent a flat together with both working then my live would be doomed, I would be a fucking common worker without aspirations, my qt would turn into a fucking fat stressed mature and my kids would probably get into drugs.
DO you want that, man?
>not indulges himself by wearing his mom's clothes
>American teens feel obligated to leave their childhood home
>increased demand makes housing more expensive
Why does every aspect of American culture seem like it was designed to make capitalits richer?
>""""""""young people""""""""" are 25-34
EUROPOOR DAMAGE CONTROL
You should be out of your mum's home by 20.
>france talking about bbc kidnappings
horrible feeling desu lad, I lived 2 years alone and went from mentally stable to borderline suicidal. Good thing I moved back to my parents :3
>Twenty-two years old, Canadian
>Have entire floor of my parents' house to myself
>1000 square feet, with its own kitchen, my own bedroom, own living room, own bathroom (basically the size of a studio apartment -- this is all my living space, keep in mind)
>Don't have to pay rent
>40 minutes to downtown by public transit, 20 minutes by car
>Free access to pool, free access to backyard garden where I can grow my own organic fruits and veggies
>When I graduate and get a good paying job I can just save up money for however long I want, or invest it
Why exactly do Americans look down upon this?
>2 rooms apartment
What the fuck are these small rooms? Or do you not count the area of the corridor, bathroom and balcony?
Anyway, mine costs 250 euro a month, in Sofia, 30 minutes walk from the city center. I think it was 75^2m.
I used to live in a 4 room apartment of the same cost, in a better building, but it was further from the center and the owner sold it so I had to move out.
its no a liar ,man. i worked in a mcdonald too and i charged about 1100/month.
in spain minimun wage is about 700 euros/month. but is very rare to charge this except you have the typical student job ( in a pizza restaurant or similar)
the average salary in spain is about 1300-1500 euros, desu.
+1500 euros is a pretty good salary here because the lifecost in spain is lower that other european countries.
in my city (220.000 people) i have a flat for me in 270 euros/month. I can eat in a restaurant (two courses and dessert, with drink) for 8 euros.
a beer cost 1,3 euros. a cup of alcohol 5 euros in a pub.
1500 euros in spain is equivalent to charge about 2500-3000 in London or other european cities because all things are cheaper here.
>Be American parents force you to move out when your 14
>Get shit dead end job to pay for living space
>Get girlfriend who hates you
>Parents who stopped caring suddenly appear and force you to get married because God.
>Wife cheats on you with poorer black man
>Have to support wife and black man because divorce courts is worse
>Baby is born and its black
ok lad, i know mac donald job here is the very lowest social class workers really, i couldn't understand how could you reach almost twice the minimum.
very low lifestyle too sounds dope, you near the sea?
Often we are in school till 19.
The first year in University is not easy you need to organize a lot. Then you move out
If you do traineeship on a job you only get enough money to liva alone after the traineeship is over, in many cases.
How do Americans manage to live on their own while having nothing learned to earn money?
>you near the sea?
yes. here.in the north.
>mc donal lowest social class
here too. 1100 euros is lower-middel class here.is not twice the minimun. the minimun is near 700.
>How do Americans manage to live on their own while having nothing learned to earn money?
My first 4 or 5 years of working and living on my own, I made $1200 a month, and my bills were around $900 a month. So that means only around 300 dollars for food and everything else, it was not fun.
Free germans too!
I was forced to learn "Informatik und Gesellschaft" Dortmund.
It was the only "Sitzfach" .
A russian comilitone told me, it's the same as his fathers time in university, but they called it "Stalinism-Leninism".
they told me shit like: developing a rocket guidance system makes you morally responsible for all the dead people soldiers kill with this rocket....
Working for a company that pays taxes in the USA, makes you responsible for all children the USA Government kills in the middle east.
And shitty stuff like this.
What has responsibility to do with computer science?
No, I was a painter, then I was paint crew supervisor, then I handled customer contact and scheduling work. Now I run multiple construction crews, and purchase materials.
It took years before I made good money.
>all these ameriblobbers still can't wrap their head around the fact that the only freedom that matters is financial freedom
Guess what, I can do whatever the fuck I want for the whole month when my parents are paying for food and rent.
I do make a lot less when there is no snow, but I have contracts with many people. They pay for the winter and I plow them any time it snows, but I get less other calls now with no snow.
I also fur trap, but that's not much money.
We don't ge into debts. Ours is a saving culture.
Also no Bank in Germany would give you credit if you have no job to pay for it.
Most Students get Credit from the state. But it's interrest free and you don't have to pay back the half of it.
It is further reduced if you manage to get in the top 20% of your year, if you graduate faster than normal, if you want to pay all the money back in one chunk .
For example I had to only pay 4200€ after I got my degree. Because the discounts added up so well. (And because I started when the Deutsche Mark was the currency and everything was cheap for two years, then the Euro came)
Dude, you can't even be a Gardener in Germany without traineeship. We have rules for every craftsmenship called Handwerksordnung (ja Ordnung), you would be in a lot of trouble soon after you just started working , without training.
For example as an untrained gardener you want to pave a beatyfull way through a garden to a pavilion. There is a paragraph how thick you have to make the supporting layer under your paving.
And yes there are special rules for pavings in gardens that differ from ordinary pavings....
Handwerksordnung the german way to secure quality standards and force people to learn their job before a customer could pay you. And these rules are thick, every craftsmenship has it's own language!
I will never be rich, but I like the outdoors, this is pretty nice.
Painting was on the job training. Now I mainly work with customers, so being a "people person" helps. Also I am the only redneck that can use a computer at my company.
I don't know...My neighbours were a
Gardening Master and a High Construction Master
and at a night at the BBQ they had a competion about the most frustrating paragraphs in the Handwerksordnung.
My company is small, if it was bigger I could do purchasing and schedules all day. Now I do that and work out in the field. I help my crews with shitty hard work, they think I do it to be nice, but I do it to stay fit.
>Painting was on the job training
We don't pay trainees on the job much money. Accept in the banking business. These trainees do realy good.
Painter and Varnisher
Requirement: 9 years of school
training time: 3 years
worktime: only on weakdays (free weekends)
wage 1st year trainiship: 510 Euro
wage 2st year trainiship: 560 Euro
wage 3st year trainiship: 690 Euro
Entry wage: 1700 - 2200 Euro (Brutto)
And it's realy optimistic as it's taken from a union site.
Expect up to 30% lower numbers if you work in a small company.
Also it's job mostly realy dumb peopel do in Germany. As it has almost zero requirements.
And there is no way from moving from painting to the office as sales and administrative jobs have even more rules and you need another training (=earning trainnee wages only) to do these jobs.
>Painter and Varnisher
>Requirement: 9 years of school
>training time: 3 years
Most people here will not make a career out of house painting, they normally only do it for a few years. The only career painters I know do industrial jobs, and stuff like water towers.
We have 3 to 4 different traineeships in the IT field covering different parts.
Also any degree in computer science will do. If you want to be Admin or developer or everything above architect &c,
There are almost no rules as long as you freelance.
But I don't think you will get a job with no paper that sais that you are good in your profession.
if IT-Techician means IT-Telecomunication-technician then thats most likely ruled hard.
I went live by myself at 19. At 21 I decided to start college so I asked my parents if I could go back home and quit my job (I got an educational grant of $1500/month). They gladly accepted and I'm currently living here (I'm 25)
Living alone was cool and all but fuck if I'm not comfy with my parents
Most people won't hire unskilled painters. Not even to paint a house. Most houses over here are not of wood also.
Painter is an actuall career over here.
After grammarschool we have 3 school levels.
you visit the lowest level school and leave it with the lowest possible graduation after the 9th class.
then you get 3 1/2 days per week training on the job an 1 1/2 day per week learning in a vocational school for 3 years
After 3 years you make a "journeyman's piece" most likely get to be a craftsmen.
Especially traditional professions even provide chances to take to the road for X amount of time and beeing banned from home.
