>westerners defending unlimited free speech
You really see nothing wrong with saying a drowned child would have grown up to be a rapist? Charlie Hebdo is shameless in doing whatever they can to make money. It should be punishable
Fuck off kill yourself, some group of old men in a city 220 miles away from me shouldn't be able to fucking decide what I can and cannot say. That is the biggest problem with countries that aren't America, for example in Germany you can get arrested for hurting other people's feelings under the law against "Inciting hate"
>It should be punishable
Aussie posting should be punishable.
>That is the biggest problem with countries that aren't America
The Irish constitution is also fairly laissez-faire when it comes to free speech.
It perplexes me that people would even entertain the possibility of constraining free speech in the interests of not offending yids and muds.
That's because America trust the people to be intelligent, able to think for themselves. Europe is the opposite, that's why constant regulations and feelings laws, because we trust there will always be people stupid enough to obey an absolute madman. We've been down this road before.
The point is that we have the right to be assholes and not be beaten or killed. Every man is supposed to have self control.
If someone can't defend their ideology with words then they have failed. Instead they try to use violence and to silence their opponents with bullshit laws. That's a clear sign of someone who realise they just lost the discussion.
