>At least 45 whales have died after mysteriously being washed up on to a beach off the coast of Tamil Nadu, India.
>Officials have confirmed that as many as 80 short-finned pilot whales had become stranded on the sand without any clear reason behind the spate of beached animals.
How do we stop India?
>pilot whales
who gives a fuck, literally the rabbits of whales
Designated whaling beach

Probably couldn't see where they were going and ended up beached because of all the poo in the water. I'm not being entirely facetious either. India has a really bad waste dumping problem.

Shit happens.
>India
hehe
What a waste of whale meat, i bet it gets rancid quick
>without any clear reason behind the spate of beached animals.
Does the ganges lead into that ocean? Because if it does I know what killed them
>>53542108
The feces in the water must have interfered with their echolocation
>my fucking face when the people saying it's because of Indians shitting in the water aren't wrong
This happens everywhere, even in australia

Glad to see the Indian ocean lives up to its name.

At least erase the fucking link that literally says it's a tsunami map, for fuck's sake.
It was probably the currents 2bh. Tamil Nadu is a pretty well off/developed state compared to India's designated belt (UP, Bihar, Chhatisgarh, MP, etc.) so probably not pollution. I have swum there however and holy cow those riptides... I could easily see the tides sweeping someone in with as much force as the sweep people out.
