Earth is smaller than Jupiter
Considering our population, why don't we settle on Jupiter
first off jupiter might not even be solid, as in it might not have a solid core with a surface. it could though, scientists think it might have solid hydrogen as its core, but we still dont know
The gravity and radiation will crush us.
We actually are not sure if there is solid ground.
>not being able to resist those things
I would say try to be made of harder stuff, but the average American is at least 60% fat so that is out of the question.
Unless you can 'fix' the gravity problem there's no fucking way. The radiation problem is infinitely simpler to fix ... but... jesus why am I even responding to this thread? Fuck me I need to sleep.
Why go to a planet?
There's plenty of space out in space.
Because Japan is now interested in Venus.
that's not funny, it's 43 degrees where I am today
Turkey should colonize Venus
Trust me, you'll love it there
The human race can't chase every case for a living space. Space simply has the space. We need to embrace the knowledge base in our mental database, not face an obstacle race for a hiding space.
>cant get the joke
>cant get the science
its a gas giant nigga, focus on colonizing europe for now, sol system comes later
The sun has fallen out of orbit.
You are one of the chosen to hide in pic related
What nation do you take with you? You can only take one country of choice.
That's also before they had the tools to determine the composition of things based on light
We can tell what a planet 50 light years away is made of
Jupiter definitely does not have a solid surface.
