We don't have chains (that's an American thing). We pretty much only have independent restaurants, aside from the odd place at an airport or something. Shows how much you know. And, we've had Pizza here since the 60s. It came with Greek and Italian guest workers.

If your pizza is so good then why is the only result I find when I google Swedish pizza is an Italian food writer talking about how you guys don't know what you're doing when it comes to it? The global standard of pizza was the kind that was recreated by Italians in NY and then exported abroad. Dude we've been making gourmet pizzas for decades before you guys. Shows how much you know if you think the only US pizza is from Pizza Hut. Step outside of Sweden. You'll find better pizza parlors than yours that have been serving better gourmet pizza with years more experience than you guys. There are two different gourmet pizza restaurants in my city and my city is only 20,000 people. I doubt you can say the same about Sweden. Pizza is in our blood. Literally every "swedish" pizza you've posted I've seen almost exact similar pizzas in America. We've been making them for years. Of course since your only experience is pizza hut you have no bearing to judge.
