The USA is missing Delaware, and The Netherlands are missing Zeeland (And both are missing a bunch of over seas areas). Also, Singapore, too, is complete.

In order, of completion, it was Singapore, then Australia, then Finland. I wager the next country will be New Zealand or Germany.
