One would think that people on an international board would be all for "diversity and inclusion." Kind of ironic how most of us see it differently.

It depends what country. Places like France, Israel, Japan, etc. should stay majority native ethnic group, but it's fine if there are minorities. Places such as South Africa, America, Brazil, etc. have no real native ethnic group and the ethnic composition matters much less, unless the immigrants do not assimilate/add to the culture
