>>53415939 >>53416089 Can confirm I live here and the government has sent like 500 fucking refugees out of 1500 here because everyone with a brain leaves to never come back again because there's fuckshit to do. They think they can keep this shithole alive that way without actually putting money into it. Actually, that's a lie since most white women here fucking despise those subhumans and if they try to start shit they get their teeth kicked in by the local villagers, fishermen, and other white trash including immigrant poles. Cops are either undermanned and not present or doesn't give two shits because it's always someone you know who gets harassed by these subhumans. Thank God, I'm moving in february
>>53416043 No, it was pretty much Danes. Norwegians controlled their own lands around the UK/Ireland, but were more interested in what was beyond. Swedes just did whatever the fuck, trading around, taking slav clay. Norwegians were the first to perform viking raids on England, though.
>>53417724 This. I read somewhere that, and I'm not fucking with you, Norwegians were most prone to raiding because Norway itself was inhospitable for the settlers. Therefore they were more focused on exploring to find new places to settle. Meanwhile Danes held their ground and ruled England for a while. Swedes also held their ground and focused on trading with the Baltics and Finland. But they had almost nothing to do with the raidings of England and Ireland and exploring beyond that.
>>53417724 I find it funny when you find a way to explain us the history of your scandinavian countries after some autistic, buttblasted icelandic guy flings the bait. Your autism seems to fit me - I get easily triggered about my Thracian history which isn't recognized by anybody...
>>53417897 >Norway itself was inhospitable What do you say about Sweden, which was the coldest Viking country? Norway has mild climate, only these long nights north of Trondheim could have been a problem, but I don't think cities like Tromso did exist back then.
>>53418011 What are you even talking about? And Norway is extremely windy, especially in the west in which vikings originally came from. Climate might also have been much colder back then, than now. Iceland is also a mild country, but they experienced a mini ice-age just a few centuries ago. Most of Swedes also had a temperate coast to depend on, and their south is warmer than the Norwegian south, and about the same as the Norwegian coast. In fact, the coldest parts of modern-day Sweden back then were part of Norway, and the rest of the north belonged to the Lapps and Finns.
>>53415939 One of our memories of Sweden-cucking >lies 37 km from Sweden >lies 160 km from Denmark >still Danish >Sweden conquers it in 1658 >10 months later the inhabitants have taken the island back and handed it over to the Danish king >160 fully armed Swedish soldiers got rekd by a network of islanders, including a priest
>>53425822 Some Swedes did go west, just like some Norwegians and Danes went east. The first viking to sleep on Iceland was Swedish, for instance. But Swedes never went en masse, and few did anything noteworthy on those lands, if anything. It's not like they had reason to. Norwegian and Danish land pointed that way, Swedish land didn't.
