There are differences but they're not so noticeable on an international scale. But on a local scale they're there. Actually all of the different parts of Canada tend to be more similar to whatever part of the USA is underneath them rather than to other parts of Canada.

So basically yeah all of Canada and USA fits into the same cultural continuum, but within that continuum Quebec is a separate branch, basically.
