When I was stationed in Germany I knew of a soldier who visited Nuremberg on a weekend and got stabbed with a dirty needle by some Muslim guy and he ended up contracting HIV and had to be medically discharged from the military.

Go spend some time at the Nürnberg bahnhof and you will see people shooting up heroin everywhere, a lot of them fags. Turks sell them the heroin and also collect their used needles to attack other people with, often American soldiers who visit the city on the weekend. Nürnberg is one of the worst, most run down and dangerous cities you will ever see in Europe. At night all you can see is Muslim gangs, druggies, and prostitutes everywhere. Fucking nightmarish place, but it's the only large city close to all of the U.S. Army bases that are nearby.

I have no idea if the dirty needle assault is just baseless rumour or exaggeration or actual events. But HIV could be transferred through dried blood. In my country, medicament for hemophilia, made from human blood, was contaminated with HIV. The medicament was dry but a lot of patients got infected by the virus. It was one of the biggest corruption incident in medicine's history of my country.
