Holy shit is this fucking real lol?
Do brits really have this shit lmao?
my apartment has this in the bathroom
landlord hasn't had the bathroom fixed up since the 70s
i've heard that our bathrooms look weard to foreigners. Is that true?
>hand held shower
What the fuck lol
Ours are like this
>not having based electric showers
>not living dangerously
yeah it works, but not as well as a single tap. why would you even deny this?
it's not that it's hard, but it's definitely outdated
I'm sure getting water from a well isn't that hard if you've been doing it your whole life, but I doubt any africans are going to be defending well water over taps
If you want to wash your hands with warm water you use both as a ratio to achieve warm water
I'm not denying it I'm just saying that I didn't see anything wrong with it because it's what I am used to
>If you want to wash your hands with warm water you use both as a ratio to achieve warm water
wait so do you like turn them both on and go from side to side while scrubbing your hands or do you fill the sink up each time you want to wash your hands in warm water?
Only kingdom of plumbers using the best solutions !
Please tell me these are showers for migrants
I wish they'd become more common here.
Sorta. I lived in a house that was built when its location was rural, but then a town grew around it. It would have been so expensive and difficult to convert to the sewer, so they just kept the tank. I left that house as soon as my lease contract expired.
i dont know what proxy whore you are but such shit is usual for USA to.
Not too different, but it had a problem at one point, and my whole block reeked until we got it fixed. The worst parts about the house had more to do with being close to a river; the basement flooded when the sump pump failed, and the box elder beetles were a constant pain spring-autumn.
the whole point of the 2 tap system is that you can manually control the temperature of the water in the palms of your hands..
so if you want a lukewarm wash, it's left hand cold, right hand hot, criss cross, back to back, criss cross again.
deep warm wash = right hand cold two thirds, left hand warm two thirds, criss cross, back to front, cheeky extra warm water for left, spoon the water from the left to the right, back hands
>so if you want a lukewarm wash, it's left hand cold, right hand hot, criss cross, back to back, criss cross again.
It's obviously not showers in Sweden. Judging by filename i think he means Brazil.
The Nordics and Germans have the highest safety standards in the world.
If you did that in your apartment you would get evicted for creating a hazard.
yeah that's bullshit.
that's just bad construction work
you can obviously see that the tap is supposed to be fitted with a separate faucet.
here all houses have hand held shower heads.
Typically you can mount it on the wall above your head if you want.
How can you shower with a fixed showerhead? If feels very restricting.
just stop pretending anyone uses these nowdays.
The only ones I've ever seen were in old houses, typically rural, which were inovvated in the 70s-80s.
At least here bidets are dead, and they're not any more hygienic than toilet paper.
i am taking a shit right now and can confirm no
