Its a serious question guys, like its in the middle of a clusterfuck but they dont have any terrorist in the territory, even israel has more terrorist than Oman

If 100% of the population are terrorists, it doesn't make sense to track terrorist activity.

Oman is Ibadi, not Sunni or Shia, it has an effect. Add that on the fact that it is a stable, rich country with good relations with Saudi Arabia AND Iran, and you have little to no radical Islam.
