You know why so many ships are registered under Liberia? It's because they have the cheapest ship registration on the planet or close to it a which means anybody can fly the Liberian flag on their ship regardless of the quality. The U.S won't register you if you are a shitty boat guy or ship, Liberia will.

Their nation basically consisted of Black slaves who many were pretty mulatto as fuck who prided themselves on not being as black as the natives.
