>You will never see the Sinaloas, Zetas and Golfo team up to take on ISIS
Watched thunderbolt lads. Now I'm going to read the manga
Like it started off comfy
then they turn around and say oh yea we totally over simplified everything
this is how it really works
then they like oh wait that was also a simplification
Gonna take it easy in my last semester of undergrad
I plan on it at least. Kind of want to be a professor believe it or not. Have to take the GRE and see what my options are but I currently have a solid GPA and other semesters of research experience so im hopeful.
Kind of want to go out of state for school just to see the country. I have an option for an REU program in Colorado that I may take this summer
thats all subjects
>There are no numbers less than zero
>There are four operations: add, subtract, multiply, divide
>You can't divide all numbers evenly
>Negative numbers don't have square roots
>Parallel lines never cross
>Atoms are the fundamental building blocks of matter
>Protons, electrons and neutrons are the fundamental building blocks of matter
>Electrons orbit the nucleus
>Find molecular shapes with VSEPRT
>Noble gasses can't form compounds
they have to simplify/lie to you as you are learning because most people just arnt ready for the real shit yet.
> Family from Valencia
> go to Spanish Florida
> we don't know if they are colonists or what
> live in Florida
> Florida gets transferred to America
> oh shit.jpg
> Let's go to Puerto Rico
> live in Puerto Rico until 1898
> oh shit war
> America don't sound so bad let's go
I have all the good professors because I TA and am friends with somebody with class override powers and can get me the perect schedule every time. I also have a adderall prescription but the prayers of fellow anons certainly dont hurt
Post things you want
The only gundam kit my parents bought me was heavyarms from the wing series. I wanted the one from endless waltz
what is it about /cum/ that attracts so many chemistry majors?
I swear every time I see people talking about college, posting classwork, or discussing future schools they are all chemistry students
not that im complaining, chemistry is fucking cool, its just a funny coincidence I guess
I don't think your dudes appreciate all the noise.
>giving in to the citizens
either rule with a genocidal iron list, or don't rule at all
In sim city 4 I would make sure to kill many of them just to remind them of who's in charge
I'M READY FOR THIS
I always end up creating utopian, post-scarcity cities.
get ready for a punch of leftshit professors with retarded opinions
Given how retardedly expensive university in the US is, I don't understand why anybody would unironically pursue studying in a field like history or political science. Might as well just teach yourself. Heck, when you take prices into account, /int/ is a much better place to educate yourself. There's pretty much no comparison.
I remember once I watched a youtube series of videotaped classes from a history course from Yale. It was so fucking cringe-inducing. The dumbass literally started going on about the typical "n-nationalism is bad guise" but then unironically went on to defend fucking ALBANIAN nationalism and started implying that Austria-Hungary was morally justified and Serbia was the bad guy all throughout all of history.
Why anybody would willingly pay TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars for that, I really cannot comprehend. I mean, fuck, a public library costs literally zero.
Okay, I'm glad it's not just me.
Because I enjoy it and I'm not retarted so I can listen to others speak white maintaining my moderate/slightly right opinions. Plus I just like enjoy reading as I also work at a library. But I understand what you're saying.
I'm going to be teaching at university level once I get my masters so I don't care anymore.
>Implying any of those things are bad
Have I been baited?
>the leftism at Yale
dont let that warp your view on the entire university. The acceptance and hiring process at the top tier universities of the US rely a lot on the essay portion which asks you to talk about what you are passionate about. They intentionally try to accept and hire people from all ends of the political spectrum and people with differing viewpoints on critical issues because they want to spark debate. Its the reason why you have shit like that student getting offended over a Halloween costume of another person and yelling at the professor in charge of student affairs that went viral. They want shit like that to happen because they are the forefront of academia and sparking conversations about these topics in a highly educated setting is beneficial for everyone.
I understand that is a little unrelated to what you were saying but I just wanted to give my 2 cents
>Not believing in our lord and savior, Jesus Christ
You may reject him, but remember that he will always love you, Anon
>in STEM education
>didn't know what STEM meant
>Birthday next week
>never had a gf
>gonna suspend my Facebook account 2 days before my birthday until 2 days after it so I don't have to deal with having only my family wishing me a happy birthday
its fairly normal if you disregard the 2d dumping spic duo
Just realized I'm a pathetic waste of space and will never go anywhere in life
time to kick the bucket
but I'm so miserable I'm too sad to even drink
what the fuck is wrong with me
Well not "fired" I guess, but they want to demote me to a department that pays like $1.50 less per hour. My productivity isn't as good as they want. Also they hired me for a completely different FUCKING department but then pulled this bait-and-switch bullshit and put me somewhere else.
Yeah I'm sorry to shove all my personal shit onto this thread, actually. ;_;
What province? I don't have the flags extension installed. Only ever been to Sault Ste. Marie and Toronto before.
welcome to the club
I gotta' wait for my parents to die of old age first.
I normally don't drink much. Just Fridays or very bad days. I haven't been eating or sleeping well for months.
Shit man, I always get the prairie provinces mixed up. I just know Calgary is in Alberta and Regina (rhymes with vagina) is in Sask.
I grew up in Sask. Kids literally memorize the provinces capital because of the Regina vagina thing.
We're just fields of nothing, farms, and oil so everyone forgets about us except when they want money so it's fine.
I live in Iowa and that pretty much sums us up too, except subtract the "when other people want money" part. Literally the only thing that makes money here is this retarded ethanol bullshit.
I don't know if he actually has autism but he acts like he does desu. He has a youtube channel too with a bunch of other autistic shit
Hard to explain, I work at this company that receives unsold clothing from department stores and resells it online. We have to go in and figure out whether a given item is already in our system or needs to be entered in, then we add stock to the item's listing in the system. I work with nothing but women and yet I still can't do this shit.
'go anywhere in life' is a retarded way of looking at it
what does it even mean? you'll never be regarded at the most successful or beautiful person ever? welcome to being 99% of people
you're worried you're not meeting societal expectations of someone your age? welcome to 99% of people again. it's the number one cause of suicide and it's not necessary
i literally prescribe watching more anime until you can think of a world that doesn't want you dead in it. these suicidal tendencies are your own invention
Kind of sucks when your economy is limited to one thing. Like over in BC that borders us it's either coal mines or lumber mills. When either of those industries suffers everyone is out of a job. Same goes for oil here.
The prairies tend to be the only provinces that don't eat debt because of oil. Does Iowa do okay for itself?
Pretty good I guess, better than a lot of other states anyway. I don't know the specifics but Iowa survived the Great Recession (TM) pretty well as far as I know. Probably helps that we are generally lily-white and surprisingly educated. It's remarkable for a state our size, we only have like 3-3.5 million, max.
to be fair 99.99% of /int/ is a blatant rule violation
how many threads do you see respectfully discussing cultures/languages while never getting political?
people seem to forget that generals were at one point banned and deleted on sight because they went against the spirit of the board
O fug, I hope she at least offered her hand first. A man sticking out his hand first in that situation is beta as fug.
It's more that I disappoint my family and my own expectations of myself.
I'm quite good at what I do when given the chance but I'm too autistic for interviews. They all go horribly. I'm not salesmen and I don't even talk about my life to my parents but am required to with strangers who couldn't care less and follow youtube tutorials on how to talk to me.
I had one interview go badly that I put some money into on licensing and preparation so I could apply early last year. I got rejected and they hired a temporary kebab worker instead. With how our system works they probably lead me on purposefully because they need to claim they couldn't find a suitable Canadian for the job. I've always been kind of suicidal but after having that happen things just have no purpose any more and I'm loosing the will to try with anything. I'm sorry to blog post. If only it was as simple as watching Chinese cartoons. Nothing makes me happy any more.
I have a shitty fucking schedule
>Software Construction Lab (writing shit in C, have to use emacs because professor was one of the original makers)
>Circuit Theory/ Circuit Lab
>Introduction to American Folklore Studies
so many qts I would fug in one pic
I got dem beer goggles going on now though
Buy a plant instead. Plants can die but not betray you.
I've got a job it's just very dead end and dissatisfying because there's no challenge to it. Doesn't pay great but it's above minimum wage.
Hopefully the job you found is at least somewhat satisfying?
Circuit lab can be entertaining depending on the professor
>starting control theory this semester
>labView and matlab knowledge needed
>mfe just pirated the ISOs haven't even installed them
uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh well there's this, that's all I can think of senpai
bls gib scholarship to Lund University
Here, have this /cum/. You can't just listen to it by itself, you have to put it on in the background and do something else. That's the essence of ambient music.
Most of our lives are spent at work so I want to do something that at the least I don't completely despise and dread waking up to go to each morning.
Barman sounds interesting. If customers aren't randomly rude all the time that is a plus.
Doesn't it blow your mind that we are literally 2 people out of 8 billion people, who have randomly encountered eachother? unknown to eacothers motives and thinkings, at this moment we only know eachother as mechanical beings, and all we type reflects a image of who you really are. But still, we life in a different time on this planet, probably living undescribible different lives, worrying about different things.
Makes me wonder, if anyone of you walked past me a day and if i would have that quick stare in your eye and my brain relating your expression in a universal manner to the posts you create on this board..
i know it's a lot easier than programming modules from scratch specially when you get to somewhat more high end applications like PID controllers coupled with other sensors and stuff, I promise i'll start learning this monday
>If customers aren't randomly rude all the time that is a plus.
if they are it's only because they are drunk usually
it's worth a shot, if you didn't think you were a people person in the first place you end up being one
I have this like perpetual dead look in my eyes, usually slouched over, eyes kept downcast, unconsciously trying my hardest to be as small of a burden to strangers as possible.
So, yes, you'd probably be able to instantly recognize that I post in /cum/.
I don't engage others in conversation, pretty much ever. But when others engage me, I will talk and talk to the point that it probably gets really annoying for them. I don't understand that but I guess it's like I subconsciously use them as an outlet to get my thoughts out into the open.
