America could in theory take in billions of immigrants. In theory we could take in the whole world and have plenty room to spare. Put them in Wyoming. Then build a big wall around Wyoming and tell them "listen guys...you need to learn to get along with each other. No more fighting"

Peek at them every few years to see if they have managed to build a civilization there. When they do we can open up the wall again and allow them free travel and even trade.
