China becomes nationalistic, Taiwan and China unify, they adopt a free market, free society, democractic government.
Russia reannexes former Soviet states except Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan annexes the other central asian countries. Irrelevant countries are annexed by their neighbors (ie luxembourg by germany, east timor by indonesia, etc) unless they have a consolidated national indentity and/or culture (like switzerland or the holy see). Then the Europeans surrender their transoceanic territorries like french guyana and falklands to their nearest country like brazil or argentina. Iran rebecomes Persia, with zoroatranism as main religion. iraq becomes the babylon republic, praising original traditions (ie fuck islam). islam is restricted to the gulf of arabia which is now unified under the pan-arabic flag. egypt also falls back to ancient egyptian traditions. greek religion makes a comeback and overtakes greece's orthodox belief. the byzantine republic is established in turkey, as a orthodox christian country with majority of people being either slavic, meditteranean or balkanic. its identity is close to balkanic/estern european. yugoslavia reunifies and is the only socialist country in the world. korea unifies under the government of seoul. democratic vietnam is now republic of vietnam, with the old yellow/red flag. north ireland is handed back to republic of ireland. every country in the world is nationalistic. thailand hands back the inhamindpa passage to laos, which was taken some 1000 years ago. kurdistan finally becomes free. rgran colombia is remade, uruguay annexed by argentina. all antiiles are unified under the flag of the "caribbean confederation". latin american countries in general that had inca/aztec/mayan ancestry mix elements of those cultures with their modern technologies, economy and current culture. minorities either do not exist, have their own country or exist in countries that are historically part of (ie blacks in brazil or natives in usa)

also all amount of resources in the world is reset to its original stage and then multiply all of that by 100. if possible, i'd give every country a lot of each of the resources so there's no thing as oil monopoly or countries with higher GDP per capita than others from now on. monopoly would be restricted to items that are part of each of the culture's indentity, ie, indian silk, brazilian coffee, cuban sugar, japanese robots. for the most basic and important stuff like comercial agriculture, industry, services and the like every country would have the same production per capita but, again, if you want something better go look for that in the specific given country so that's how there'd be trade in a world where every territorry has all of the resources needed for a sucesful society, from oil and iron to algae and quartz.
