The reason Europeans don't move to America, and vice versa, is because there is little incentive too. Living standards are incredibly high in Europe and the U.S. Trying to move is so much of a pain, even for Eastern Europeans that the negatives usually outweigh the benefits. For Europeans now if you don't like how things are going right now just move to the next European country and it'll take none of your time Visa wise and the most it'll cost you is a plane ticket. There no loopholes to jump through. Just get up and move.
