It's literally the most shill-filled site I've ever been a part of. I mostly use "shill" ironically, but that site actually has so many shills, it's ridiculous.
Also, the "Best nice, Be respectful" code of conduct or whatever it stupid. And they want you to use your real name. Plenty of other faults too.
Of course, but it's really easy to filter out all that noise by following the right people. I know you're a STEMfag so you'll probably like the activity feeds of Bret Victor, Alon Amit, and Joshua Engel (among many others). The place is full of Ivy League professors, investment bankers, VCs, and other eggheads.
