I want to die.
>tfw all my supervisors are completely non technical and they not only make technical decisions but ignore my advice
It's a nightmare tbqh. Only reason I am still here is because they are paying me better than at a dedicated IT place or Web Development shop.
The only reason this place hasn't gone bankrupt is because it is a nonprofit and their yearly budget is guaranteed.
In the private sector everyone here would have been fired years ago.
I forgot to mention that almost everyone here is a woman. I'm the only guy tasked with a job that involves critical thinking.
The only other guy is a creative /art director and he is gay.
Also women interact strangely in office environments. They almost never critique each other in person, they do it behind their backs. And they hold grudges with each other for ever.
>mfw the president of the organization is also a woman
>mfw she recommended that we get rid of all the custom software we have and give a quarter of a million dollars to consultants so they can rebuild it
This is a woman who everyone here praises as being a border line genius.
2) SAP consultant, JAVA developer, also I engineer some robots, machines and Russian-tier advanced tech stuff. Pic related, it's my machine vision camera.
3) yes, it's kinda fun (except the SAP part).
>Yes. But with the growing criminality due to the immigrants, no.
2. 2nd officer
3. Fuck yes, good money and disadvantages dont apply to me since i dont care about getting out drinking etc, i am gay and we have internet :3
>working in McDonalds
You're such a cuck
Yeah it's alright, I'm at a nicer concert venue so it's not like a regular bar. Decent moneys. I've just been there for fucking ever and I'd like to do something with my education.
You do realize merchant navy=/=military right?
And of course we are, we are there to do a job, and people like you even more when you are actually good at it. Had no issue with any of the other 2nd mates or chiefs, we actually worked pretty well.
At least in LNG vessels that have intelligent and smart officers unlike some bulk carriers that have really low quality crew that has 0 idea about people management.
They do. I can make it out with around $80 after 4 hours on a good day.
Our drinks are kind of expensive since we're a venue/tourist attraction. I'd say those were about $7 or $8? We don't sell that size anymore, only bigger ones (24 US fluid ounces)
our lead tech guy is a spic who via corruption replaced our working old software with broken software his cousins down in spic land developed
I've been dealing with it for a year and want to kill myself.
I film/direct/edit porn, and also work at a pizza place as a dishwasher
first is fun
second is probably the most dullest things I've ever done in my life, but you can just switch off your brain for 6 hours and it's fine
I have a tip jar and people are welcome to put money in it, or they will tell me to keep the change, or they'll write it on their credit card slip.
Some nights you get people that throw their money around and buy drinks for all their friends, then they leave a nice tip. I get paid a regular hourly wage in addition, so it's not like being a waiter or anything. I don't mind if people tip or not usually but it's nice if they do. I try to give the customers a genuinely nice experience either way.
