I have a tip jar and people are welcome to put money in it, or they will tell me to keep the change, or they'll write it on their credit card slip.

Some nights you get people that throw their money around and buy drinks for all their friends, then they leave a nice tip. I get paid a regular hourly wage in addition, so it's not like being a waiter or anything. I don't mind if people tip or not usually but it's nice if they do. I try to give the customers a genuinely nice experience either way.
