Fellow leafs, we really need to address our shitposting problem. We are, by and far, the biggest blight on this community.

I propose the following: every time a leaf IP makes a particularly abhorrent post, they get a warning. 3 warns results in a permaban. That way the majority of terrible leafs will be gone within a day, and those that remain will be forced to think twice before posting.

Thoughts on this? Anyone have a better solution?

Was wondering if some of you guys could help me out.

Currently studying Korean, and don't completely understand the difference between Topic Markers and Subject Markers.

For instance:

저 사람은 미국 사람이에요
That person over there is an American.

Why do I use the topic marker here and not the subject?

Hopefully you guys can explain to me when I use which.
