What's the second most relevant language globally speaking? Assuming English is number one, would it be Chinese? Spanish? I was going to say Arabic but tbqh Arabic in one Arab country is completely different than in another many times. There's a word common in Ireland called "begrudging".
Basically people think dragging down other people is an accomplishment, and on the other end, braggarts, snobs and thieves think they're justified against all humility because they can write everyone off as "begrudgers".

With how big and spaced out shit is here (and in Australia), I can confirm that it is quite common here.
I have one friend who is really into cars who goes on road trips 20 times a year. He gets off work in Toronto on Friday, sleeps for a bit, and is in whatever middle-of-nowhere-moosefuck-land he has chosen for that weekend before noon on Saturday.

The gold coast is a disgusting place.
It's like they took all the rural trash scum from country towns and put them in a city instead.
Everywhere you drive you are tail gated by a bogan in car like a clubsport or lifted 4wd.
It's worse than a country town.. It's like a country town without any of the benefits such as neighbours not bothering you, cheap rent and lack of traffic.
The gold coast is truly a hellish place.
