When it comes to anti-aliasing, I have experimented with levels and methods. I actually like the aliased look when I work digitally. I like having the low-res look. It has also helped me do some rom hacking on old games just so I can get my hand into programming.

I used gimp which is much more capable. I am still trying to figure out how to resize an image to take the heavy pixel aliasing out, while not making it look nasty. The plugins for that program are a mess to find. Until I figure out how to get rid of the aliasing the best bet for me would just to leave it messy instead of what I initially pictured.

If you notice, I have given her a figure because I taught myself that and added it to her. In a way, whenever I get better at something I just add it to her as a puzzle. I am not trying to make excuses but I don't have a drawing tablet and my trackpad on my laptop doesn't run at the correct ppi in GIMP sometimes. It's not wavy in my sketch. I just need to get better at digitally drawing. I also got super impatient because I already drew and redrew the feet about 10 times correcting lines over and over.

but, here comes the bad news; You have had no progression buddy. The only thing I see progressing in your work is Evie's bust size. You need to take time out to work on mastering realism before doing abstraction or stylization. To put it simply, you need to understand how somthing works before simplifying it to make the artistic process easier. This means doing the nitty gritty work with drawing from life, a lot of gesture and a lot of studies. But if your really in for it, then buckle down and join the beginner thread, its wear most of our artist are and a few people there dispense great help.
