I assume you're making a humorous cartoon. The design of the piece is ambiguous. I don't quite understand the joke, and the punchline isn't clear.

Also, I think you should practice some basic structure, since some body parts on these characters are grossly miss-scaled compared to the rest of their bodies. Basically proportions, I suppose.

Also, try creating a more interesting piece by approaching the view from an angle, but make sure that the composition leads the viewer's eyes through the art the way you want it to. This will help in understanding of the joke.

Your handwriting is both adequate and legible, though!

I'm no expert in art or cartoons or anything, but this is just kinda' what I think looking at it.

I commend you for your dedication, but I would suggest practicing some other drawings over time, rather than just this one over the span of several months. I don't think there's many ways you could have saved it.
