there is no rule advocating the use of the "general" standard of thread creation ... not on this board nor anywhere else on 4c with the exception of "video game generals" or "/vg/" as well as "wall paper general".

/ic/ is neither that nor those. it follows the same standards of thread creation as any other board on 4c. :2

surely youre not so much of a fool to believe that a board that hardly receives 15 posts per hour necessitates the use of "generals"?

if you truly believe that the concept of "generals" is so vital to the use of an imageboard, perhaps you can talk that over with the webmaster of 4c and have him implement it as a global rule. of course -_- we all know that generals are merely an arbitrary sort of "organization" - especially on a board with such a small trickle of traffic and participation.
