1) Chickenscrachting. Your lines are bad and you should do fundamental exercises to help your line consistency

2) You don't know perspective and foreshortening. Work at it, at least basic 1 and 2 point perspective.

3) You don't know about negative space and volumes

4) Basic shapes are bad

On the plus side:

+ you did exercise from Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain quite competently. After rotating you can see the soldier figure in power armour with tilted head, so it's readable.

Solution: More exercises. And really, work on your lines and shapes.
