not the same anon, but the face looks super flat with facial features that feel slapped on. the cape doesnt make much sense, im not sure it's attached to where it should be to be blowing like that.
the proportions around the waist get pretty dang thin for how strong this character should be.

the overall color choice is nice, but you need to back it up with a solid drawing.

Looks kind of like you went to rendering halfway through blocking it in, skimping over adding any kind of detail work.
- Face looks absolutely retarded
- Her trapezius muscles are uneven as FUCK they don't follow tilt like this at all. I get that you're trying to tilt the ribcage but it just looks really off overall, breasts too.
- Balloon left arm, completely wrong area for biceps to connect on right. Big area below her right shoulder armpit should be showing - but for this pose the shoulder would be lowered instead - seeing how tilted the ribcage -tries- to be.
- Hands are round and puffy, not how hands look at all unless you're severely obese.
- Massive gust of wind on cape but hair looks stationary.
- Her abdomen go out almost to the edge of her midsection, abdomen muscles are
- It seems random which part of the thigh muscles you highlight, it looks like you either don't know how they intersect or don't know them at all.
- Boots and leg outline glide into one making them into socks (no thickness).
- Lazy as fuck feet.
- Gesture is boring, nothing happening. Just floating in space
- Overall lack of symmetry, like top of abdomen.
- Generic and superficial design - nothing functional.
- Flat looking rendering, despite a very muscular woman.
- She's missing a foot.

Overall: Learn anatomy.

Your painting is good enough and everything for now, so if I were in your position, I'd just stop doing it entirely and focus solely on studying anatomy, proportions, perspective, etc. until your drawing catches up.
Then, you'll be able to quickly re-learn whatever it was you've forgotten about painting, just because you've done it before.

I'd also reccomend watching some youtube artists' anatomy lessons, etc. (In particular, Sycra, Feng Zhu, Sinix) if you're still having trouble with figuring those things out on your own.

It might also be worth changing up the way you draw from doing straight lineart to blocking in thumbnails and refining.

I'm still learning how to draw digitally. I got a Cintiq 24hd last year so I can work efficiently and not have to buy tons of blue line paper.
It's been tough trying to get used the slick surface. I think that's where a lot of my problems come from.

Here's one of a character of mine. Her names Cassandra.

The fact that your art is at such a low quality yet you're pushing a comic, a website, and posted "muh character". I see it all he time and not just here on /ic/. People who can barely draw, or can't draw a hand, or have body parts all over the place, acting like their professional cartoonists. You can try to cover it up by drawing giant tits and smut but face facts, your skills are lacking. Blaming a fucking Cintiq 24hd which should be a leg up isn't fooling anyone.

Im not using the Cintiq as a cop out. Its not the same as drawing on paper. Ive been drawing 20 years with pen and aper, so the transition is going to be rocky.

Your work is unappealing as fuck. I'm by no means one of those "muh anatomy" autists, but for the love of god, learn at the very least the simplified surface anatomy of the human body. Everything you draw is just so overdetailed and bumpy and the details are all wrong, which makes it ten times harder to look at than if you just drew a simplified, much less detailed figure but with decent proportions, proper rhythm to the surface anatomy and appealing contrast between curves vs straights.
