What do you think of my 10 second landscape? For some reason it's calming for me to look at. I like the accidental smokey chimney in the upper right.

>>2841889
>I need something that will look anime and alive
>anime
>alive
pick one.
you got the whole "everything looks like it has protective plastic on it" thing that anime does down, i'm sure you'll figure the rest out.
>>2843864
>Being shit
>Trying out different styles
Pick one.
You got the whole "I tried to draw anime characters a couple times but they looked terrible so it must be that the style is shit." thing that shitposters does down, I'm sure you won't make it.
Hey whatsup i recorded a thing of me talking.

If you have a question you want me to answer in the next one let me know in this thread.
Sorry it's kind of a mess, it's hard having a conversation with yourself. Maybe in the future I could do it on skype with some of you guys if you're interested.
How does it feel knowing you will never reach nosebro's skill level?
>>2833649

This is an acrylic painting of cocoa pods, done by my mother. While I think it's great, she doesn't believe me.

Inb4 potato quality pic
>>2845942

>>2845942
Go to fucking leddit with this shit.
>>2845942
Ignore the asshole anons, op. I thought the top one was the reference at first so it's really not bad.
Mark Crilley, Yoh Yoshinari, and Krenz Cushart.
I have a hard time deciding who's the best since they all seem to be on the same level. What does /ic/ think
>>2845184
> Mark Crilley
fucking kek
>Yoh Yoshinari
god
>Krenz Cushart
demigod
also, hello Mark.
Hate Crilley dawg if you want but without him I wouldn't have kept with drawing back when I was a wee lad in middle school, I'm sure it's the same for a lot of people. Besides he's not even that bad.
>>2845188
>Yoshinari, Krenz, Crilley, they all seem to be on the same level
>Besides he's not even that bad.
So you already gave up on your pathetic bait after the first reply? Sad.
i'm looking this brush for years and i still cant find it. anyone has it?
>>2843982
create it?
duh...
>>2843983
i tried it doesnt make same effect. :(
>>2843982
I could make a shitty looking brush like that in painter.
I love to draw, and by far my favorite writing instrument is a papermate rollerball fine point (0.8) in blue.
Probably the cheapest writing instrument on the planet, but I find myself so relaxed and able to translate what is in my head better with this than any other device.
And I've spent considerable time with regular pencils, charcoal, etc.
Does anyone else have this experience with this? I wish there were more drawing tools that does this for me, but sadly, I can't.
The only thing I wish was this would be easily erasable or I could use this in more finished works.
>>2845356
You can't draw the Mona Lisa with crayon; once your art becomes better you'll need to upgrade.
hello this is my favorite neuronal output device
>>2845363
I do traditional conte a paris charcoal pencils when I do my exercises on newsprint, do regular graphite and regular artist drawing tools when I do finish work.
but at the end of the day, i just love coming back to a blue papermate, a cheap piece of paper, and going to town. I love the way the ink is put down with this, and just how natural it feels in hand.
I need somekind of artwork of Conan for a giveaway game on green man gaming, of course you may ask me anything in return and I hope I can do that what you ask of me.
Well, money... If you want somebody to make you a painting, that's the only thing you can give in return. We can't do art for free because we practice for years and spend a lot of money ourselves to get where we are.
OK, dont have money but if you are ok with maximum 10$ I will transfer to where you want.
if this post doesnt exist anymore reach me on [email protected]
In this thread we draw Parappa The Rapper characters
Here you go anon i made something shitty so maybe some people will post here
>>2844966
Ayyy nice dude, I'll start posting here in a bit
>>2844966
Here's my quicky shitty sunny
>Apply for a job (they needed a few characters designed, i aint givin details)
>They give me a lot of positive feedback and tell me im one of the best people they have applying rn
>hit me up a week later asking me how much $
>send them my price list
>they havent contacted me since
why are we here? just to suffer?
anon we're here to get cucked. people who make it are hand picked by the gods.
give up. hobbyists have no shame.
Man having a real career and just doing art as a hobby and maybe for some pocket change once in a while is so much better than getting cucked on a regular basis.
Do you guys have any tips for rendering metallic surfaces with colored pencils? I'm trying to create a reflective gold, like in this pic.
>>2844353
Simpler than it looks to be honest. Don't look at it as a three dimensional object and look at it as a two dimensional surface. Also it looks reflective when there's a contrast put onto the surface. It won't be obvious when you begin but you'll see it a few hours into rendering.
Just put things through simple photoshop filters to see them in simpler shapes if you are having trouble reading the real deal.
So, whenever I'm drawing on paper, it feels like a pain to be drawing the basic construction and then having to erase it and fill it with detail. is there a way to not have to deal with this
>>2843761
髪?何それwww
>>2843761
Sketch digitally, print it and then ink it and add detail on paper
Or sketch in col erase pencil, ink it add detail, scan it, and then remove the col erase in PS
>>2843761
symbol draw :)
It is well documented that the average human can see up to 10 million colors while computers can produce up to 16 million. But is it possible that there are some humans born with the ability to see all 16 million or near close to a computers? Is this why some people are just better at selecting color than others? It seems that if you do not have four cones, you'll never make it in the area of color.
at least put effort into your bait next time

It all makes sense now. Guess I'll just stick to lineart.
What Does /ic/ think of Krita?
And post things made in Krita if you want.

Laggy as fuck and just made it run on win10.
But hey, it's free!
Best free software.
The program you would recommend if someone thought GIMP was the only thing on Linux.
Best mascot.

Has someone made porn of the mascot yet?
I'm asking for a friend.
