Getting fit is simply a matter of spending an hour at the gym three times a week and eating right. If you're a fat fuck you have no excuse other than having some glandular issue.

Just work out 2 times a week. All you need is 2 hours a day of light cardio with some good tunes, eat 3 meals, quit consuming sugar and drink enough water. Why 2 times a week, because you're probably fat and will give up. Get rid of some of that stinky sweat you glutton.

If you eat better, you'll feel better, and you'll probably draw better.

if this is your "style" then, first of all you need to learn everything about perspective, proportion, color theory, ect in order to completely break them and use them the wrong way purposefully, if you want to achieve and kind of style continuity.

Secondly you need to focus on everything else, what is the purpose of this art, is it an illustration? whats the meaning or message? Is there an implied joke?

Is this for a comic? work on your writing skills. is this animated? put your extra effort into timing and spacing, visual gags that work with your style.

I don't know what you mean OP, but that was amazing. John Wyatt is a pretty impressive guy, learned a lot from this video. Felt like a master study except it's applying as well as doing a painting from life. Everyone did gorgeous work, Gordon's dress was great. Overall, everyone did good level of work.
