Hello first time on the forum. I've been looking for a top notch artist (who does anime/anime-esque style) or recommendations to some to do a oc commission for me.
This is my first time seeking out this type of service and I was recommended to ask here since deviantart wasnt much help. If anyone's interested feel free to reply any help will be appreciated.

Getting part time job and then focusing on your job. Good artists are good because they do what they are interested in and pursue that. Same goes for porn artists, you can tell by looking at porn art that artist loves it (even if he lacks the skill) or it's just a job for him. This is also the reason why d/ic/ks can't sell themselves and hacks like Shadman or worse can.

Patterns patterns patterns
I cannot tell you having a pattern on an article of clothing improves it at least by 70%. Stay away from just blank shirts or pants, etc. But if you must, draw the seams any buttons or small, functional details rather than aesthetic ones.
Learn how folds work, and learn about how certain clothes fold a specific way due to their design.

Tights, or form-fitting clothes with a thick or puffy jacket always work well, IMO. Rouge, Tracer (Superboy?!), a few others I can't think of. It's a nice contrast in shapes.
Hoods are good. Hoods over a Zentai costume (Spider-Gwen) look nice too. opera gloves and thigh-highs on female characters are always a nice touch.
Can't beat Spiderman for classic design, but the pure Zentai look has been thoroughly explored, design-wise.
Don't design something like Widowmaker. She's just a collection of boring cliches. I really dislike her design.

yes ive definitely seen worse, but ive also seen alot better on /ic/. not horrible, but the proportions of the hips to the thighs are very bad.
