The thing that glares at me is her ear which should be more at eye level
Maybe her face shape could use some fixing? the alignment looks about right but the outside I feel is too round in places, the eyes and mouth could use some slight moving over to the right, and the chin I feel could be moved outwards more. It's little things, and honestly that second part could just be how my personal style is.

hair on the left seems weird, I would say forced, too much detached from the rest, too much forks and they don't "fall" from the head naturally. try to mirror your image, you'll see. Hope it make sense.
