Catch a gladiator match in the Colosseum, watch some chariot racing, fuck my brains out in an orgy while blitzed on a nice Falernian. Join a legion, discover new civilizations and destroy them.

Late 1400's. Just cause I think its the most interesting period. Plate armor, knights, epic sieges. Chivalry and brutality, jousting, highway men and sleazy taverns.

The 1800's. Experience the Napoleonic wars, the Civil War, the rise of industrialism and the age of steam. Discover the West, go on a gold hunt and fight injuns at the frontier. Experience decadence in Paris and the dreariness of Londons East End. Colonise new worlds, kill some Zulus and see what its like to be a part of the Western gold age.

I would go back to Rome under Hadrians ruling. Nothing seems more appealing then exploring the entire empire, constructing elegant budings and cleansing filthy jews from the world.

I'd go to Napoleonic Britain and sign on with a merchant ship.
I get to learn the ways of a ship, and a few things can happen here
-everything works out fine
-I get pressed by a Royal Navy ship and get to live out Master and Commander
-we get taken as a prize by a French ship and I, as an American (depending on the stage of the war, either a neutral or semi-allied party, also je parle un peu de français) , sign on with them
-we get taken as a prize by an American ship and I sign on with them
-I die in some way or another, but die living life to the fullest

I'd take a big thing of multivitamins so I don't fall prey to some bullshit deficiency.
