Ethnicity is a group of people with common ancestry which caused them to show strong physical and cultural traits of that ancestry.
It does not equal race
There is no general white ethnicity

but it's easier to recognize ethnic clusters than phenotypical ones. you can say "dinaric face" all you want but it's easier to tell difference of croats, shiqperis and austrians from other human groups by their cultural traits, not their physical ones
