What do you do with your memorabilia? I have a lot of gifts / awards / things like pic related and it's not like I'm ever going to use any of them. Not just contemporary things, but also cavalry sabres, muskets, etc. that I didn't buy -- they just fell into my hands. That kind of thing.

I have no idea. I didn't ask for it. my marines also gave me a fucking battle ax. Like, thanks guys, but I would much rather have a hatchet I would actually take out backpacking than a tryhard showpiece. Like I said, things just show up in my keeping. I'm not exactly going to stab anyone with this and I have to lug it around forever or else I feel like an asshole.
