Figure of 300k is a bit high, I'd say 50k - 200k at the most died. The Manila Massacre is interesting to me as well, considering it was perpetrated in the middle of a fucking battle. Only the IJA/IJN have the willpower to conduct atrocities against civilians during combat. It's ridiculous.

Nanking deniers are pretty much deluded old Japanese men who believe Japan is incapable of doing anything wrong. Even ignoring atrocities committed in Asia, Japan sneak attacked Pearl Harbor like a bunch of pussies and was the only country whose pilots routinely gunned down parachuting enemy pilots.
