The French would likely have taken Nova Scotia and Labrador as far as the Churchill River. The south coast of Newfoundland may also be French, indeed the whole Island barring the Avalon could be French. It also seems unlikely the Great Lakes would go primarily unclaimed by colonial powers.

An Asian world thing I've been working on. Basically Chinese (and it's various dialects) are the lingua franca instead of English. I don't know what to do for the Middle East, Europe, India, rest of Africas and Americas. I'll do more some other time.

Rebels lose in the War of Independence and Britain holds onto the US. France holds onto Louisiana and Mexico controls all of its historic territory. All of Canada held by Britain.

Yeah, in this world Siam and Burma are pretty isolated. Mongols have a greater influence in the world and their states lasted. China has less land in Asia but they have huge world influences in terms of culture and language.

Japan has Hawaii and Korea just sailed around from knowledge of Japanese ventures. The Indonesian and Mayay Islands are closer to Vietnam too, and those island allowed Vietnamese to hop to Australia.
