All of them except Carthage.

>Went past the average 250+ lifespan of a typical Chinese dynasty.
That's meh tier. The worst dynasties are the ones that barely last a hundred because they're already toppled over.
What made it a bad dynasty was that the West rek;d it.

you know ive been wondering about this for a while, when people think of east asian ciilization they either think of china of japan, never korea. what is korean civilization known for?
But in all honesty, the Korean civilisation was for most of it's existence subject to the suzerainty of either Japan or China, and mostly acted as just as vassal state to either of those two powers. That's not to say they don't have artistic, cultural and scientific achievements of their own, but it doesn't have anywhere near the same impact on the world of it's two more powerful neighbours.

The Persians believed in Decentralization of power into the provinces/satraps whereas their rivals the Babylonians believed in Centralization of power.
I guess the Persians had the best type of Imperial system, but all Empires are stagnant. But the Persian system was the best as it allowed regional power to exist, thus giving the Empire synergy whereas absolute dictatorships like Rome actively eliminated power.identity in the provinces through conquest or rapacious taxing.
To talk about Persians and Empire, should be a conversation about Decentralization versus Centralization.
